recently, bsi published bs en 71-3:2013 a1:2014 to update and instead of bs en 71-3:2013. the main changes in this new version are as follows:
1. amend ph value of simulated stomach solution and improve the accuracy of equipment for measuring ph to ±0.02 ph unit;
2. revise weight factors for other organic tin compared to tbt.
en 71-3:2013 a1:2014 is not published on official journal of european union right now. it will take effect in april, 2015 at the latest.
