toys and children's products safety (additional safety standards or requirements) regulation was published in official journal of hong kong (l.n. 17 of 2014) recently. requirements to the concentration of phthalates in toys and children's products are specified in this regulation, as well as identification markings and bilingual warnings or cautions on toys and children's products. more details about the restrictions are showed in table 1.
