recently, cpsc published a rule 16cfr 1199 for accessibility scope. in accordance with cpsia and its rivision h.r2715, phthlate shall not be used in accessible part with reasonable and foressable abuse use. ans cpsc has to set forth guidance to stipulate the scope of compliance. the new rule specifies what is accessible in a similar way with that for lead under cpsia.
