on apil 20 2011,cpsc(consumer product safety commission) published the final version of mandatory standard for toddler beds 16 cfr part 1217. this legislation will come into effect on 20 oct 2011.at the same time, cpsc also announce that all the toddler bedst must be tested by the thierd party organizations before they can by placed on the american market.
