the polish act on chemical substances and their mixtures, which enters into force on 8 april 2011, has been published in the polish journal of law. the act determines the competence of the authorities within the scope of executing administrative tasks and duties resulting from several european regulations including reach, clp, detergent and export and import legislation.
the act has been published by the bureau for chemical substances and preparations (msca), the competent authority under reach in poland. the act is currently only available in polish, but a working translation into english will be available in april on the msca website.
