eu, usa, canada and australia have established rapid alert systems to facilitate the rapid exchange of informationand measures taken to prevent or restrict the marketing or use of products posing a serious risk to the health andsafety of consumers. notification in 2019 report 04 on textile & leather products is presented in the following table.there were total 17 notifications in april with 7 notifications from china. notifications of products mainly involve girls'dress with choking hazard, children’s clothing set with strangulation risk, sleep bag, children’s sleepwear withflammability hazard, scarf containing excessive aromatic amine.
