近期，加州环境健康危害环保评估办公室（oehha）提议修改加州65法案中现有的警告标签要求。

规定，人们在从事商业活动中，如果存在“明显或意图暴露已知的可能产生致癌、生殖毒性危害”的情况，

相关负责人须提供警告标签。

修订案对和格式做了修改，提出了更多的要求和具体指引，并更加详细地指明了警告标签的

提供方式。同时，修订案还增加了关于警告标签的提供责任人章节。

此外，修订案还规定如果产品含有下列这12种化学品时，必须将这些化学品的名称显示在警告标签中：丙烯

酰胺、砷、苯、镉、一氧化碳、三（1,3-二氯异丙基）磷酸酯、甲醛、六价铬、铅、汞、二氯甲烷、邻苯二

甲酸酯。

此修订案的公众评议期截止到2015年4月8日；修订内容将在修订案正式发布的两年后开始实施。
